A healthy lifestyle includes a healthy meal and plenty of exercise. But it turns out that one thing often comes at the expense of the other.
You can only use your time once and one behavior seems to replace another. Research from Ohio State University shows that if you spend 10 minutes more time preparing your meal, chances are that you will exercise 10 minutes less. This applies to both men and women, with and without a family.
