People who eat early lunch have less trouble losing weight.
Not only what you eat, but also the timing is important when you want to lose a few kilos, according to a study by Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and the University of Murcia.
Discovery
For this study, 420 people on a diet were followed. The group that had lunch after 3 p.m. lost 25 percent less weight than the early lunchers.
Side note
The research was done in Spain, where lunch is more often seen as the main meal of the day.
