Next time, go to the doctor without makeup, with your hair tousled and in your sweatpants. Good-looking women appear to receive worse health care than men.
This was revealed in a survey of more than 150,000 people. It was found that in women, doctors were more likely to miss the main signs of heart attack and stroke. The main reason for this was that female patients looked good:through makeup and flattering clothes. They looked good and healthy, despite being sick. Their doctors allowed themselves to be 'misled' by this.
