Because of the coronavirus, this is the only way to be able to get out of the house.
Even to buy a baguette, you must have a completed and signed travel certificate.
Unfortunately, the government no longer allows people to use their smartphone to complete this certificate.
The only way to get out and not pay a fine is therefore to print it or copy the official certificate on plain paper.
To save time, enter your information directly into the new PDF form here and print it afterwards. Watch:
1. In the official form above, fill in your surname, first name, date of birth, place of birth and your address.
2. Check the box that corresponds to the reason for your trip.
3. Indicate the place where your certificate was made as well as the date and time of your exit.
4. Click on the printer-shaped icon at the top right of the form to print your completed certificate.
5. Once printed, all you have to do is sign your certificate with a pen for your certificate to be valid.
There you go, your derogatory travel certificate is completed, legal and ready to be used :-)

Remember, however, that any outing must be exceptional and that the watchword remains:Stay at home!
- this derogatory travel certificate is for single use because it must indicate the date, your signature and the time of leaving the residence. You must therefore have a new certificate for each outing.
- no need to make an additional certificate for your children . You can therefore go out with your minor children. On the other hand, the parent must indicate, in his certificate, the presence of his children at his side
- if your spouse or an adult living in the same home is accompanying you, they must bring their own certificate derogatory displacement.
- same thing if a minor wishes to go out alone. In this case, he must be provided with a signed certificate by his parents or legal representatives.
- the Minister of the Interior announced that fixed and mobile checkpoints will be installed "on the main but also secondary axes, everywhere on the national territory". 100,000 police and gendarmes will be mobilized.
- if you drive without a derogatory certificate, you will incur a fine of 135 €. Attention in the event of a repeat offense within 15 days of the first offence, the fine increases to €3,750 . You also risk 6 months in prison.
- be aware that you are not allowed to exit more than 1 km from your home . This is true for both walking your dog and going for a jog. To find out if you have not exceeded 1 km around your home, I recommend this site which calculates the distance.
