Fortunately, there is a very simple trick to clear your nose instantly.
The weird but really working trick that I use on a daily basis is to do 10 push-ups . Watch:
1. Lie on the floor on your stomach.
2. Start doing push-ups.
3. Do as many push-ups as you can.
4. Get up.
There you go, your nose is now completely unclogged :-)
The snot has cleared completely from your nostrils. Try this trick and you'll see that it's magic!
If your nose starts to get clogged again, just do 10 more push-ups and presto, you'll be able to breathe normally again.

If you can't do 10 push-ups, that's okay! Do it as much as you can. For this remedy, what is important is physical exertion.
Doing push-ups or any physical exercise is super effective in unclogging the nose.
Why ? Because when you start exercising, the body has a greater need for oxygen .
As a result, the body stops blocking the germs that try to enter through the nostrils and therefore the nose becomes unblocked.
It is for this reason that when I have a stuffy nose, I often exercise throughout the day to keep my nose clear and to be able to breathe normally.
Another trick that also works to clear your nose quickly is to hold your breath.
After a few seconds, when you can no longer hold your breath, your body will need oxygen.
As a result, your nose will empty on its own, you may even hear a sound. On the other hand, with this technique the nose fills up more quickly.
