Who says nail art is all about our hands?
There's nothing like a balmy summer evening to show off super sexy feet.
And to achieve that, here are 5 really fun and colorful DIY pedicure ideas.
Matching the blue of the sea or the swimming pool, your feet are consistent with the decor. A must this summer!
1. To do this, choose:
- 2 complementary blue varnishes :a turquoise blue with a navy blue for example
- eyelets (used to protect sheets in binders)
- a tweezer (to gently remove the eyelet)
2. Then, we use the inverted nail art technique . I explained to you during a tutorial how to do this, here we do the same.
Pretty warm colors on the nails, the ideal pedicure for a walk in town under a blazing sun.
Here you are sitting on the terrace of a Cuban bar, fresh mojito in hand.
The idea is to have different colored toenails . A color for almost every nail.
The secret ? Keep a dominant color. On each foot, leave two nails of the same color. Of course, this color must be the same on the other foot. This is with the aim that we manage to distinguish a particular color in this hodgepodge.
Choose a summer color and flashy as the dominant color, such as orange, blue or bottle green.
The other nails, opt for pretty shades that will go with the dominant color, playing on the contrasts.
Example :if we choose the dominant green, we put fushia pink, orange and lemon yellow on the other nails.
A really summery and festive crazy cocktail, super trendy for this summer!
The Tipp-Ex is no longer simply a proofreader on our holiday notebooks. It is also becoming the trend color for this summer.
Very chic, white will bring out the tan and highlight your feet like never before.
The rule is to put at least two very opaque coats. Nothing worse than a white varnish that would leave transparent traces on the nails, yuck!
For an impeccable finish, apply top coat to all the nails, a transparent varnish that will beautify and strengthen your nail.
A great classic. The red varnish brings a glamorous, very feminine touch.
It will make your feet stand out and highlight your shoes. We take our time to put it on because the overflows will not go unnoticed!
I recommend applying two coats for a perfectly lacquered finish.
Finally, to be the most chic, we contrast with the nails of our hands. Since the toenails are red, opt for a nude or light beige color on the fingernails.
In this way, we contrast with the very sexy side of the feet, and we remain chic with light shades on the hands. Sexy but not too much, class assured!
Here's the time to pamper yourself after a nice evening. We have fun on our nails, we bring out the artist in us.
1. We choose a varnish that will act as a base to our designs. A burgundy red, a nude beige, an opaque white for example.
2. With the help of a brush and once the first coat of varnish is completely dry, we come to draw small dots on top with another color.
I chose burgundy red as the base. I now apply white by making small dots. A few touches of orange, and my nails are at the party. The artist is me!
