Drug prices in pharmacies:compare to save.

Drug prices in pharmacies:compare to save.

Think all pharmacies have the same prices? Nay! Medicines cost from single to double depending on the seller. Warning scam.

I'm the type to buy a lot of products in pharmacies, whether for the maintenance of my contact lenses or for my face. Problem:these self-service items are not reimbursed by Social Security and pharmacists can charge the prices they want , like normal traders.

And of course they do not deprive themselves. In any case, that's what the survey published by the Capital.fr site reveals.

Whether for anti-tobacco gums, cleansing gels, anti-hair loss lotions or moisturizing creams, you can sometimes see price differences of almost 80% .

I know what I'm talking about, the pharmacy near me sells my contact lens product for almost 9€. I just have to walk 200 meters, away from the city center, to find the same lotion for 6€, that is to say almost half price.

So here is my little piece of advice so as not to be fooled :the most expensive pharmacies are of course those located in the busiest areas, whether in the city center or near a train station.

It is therefore very simple not to ruin yourself by buying non-reimbursed products:go to pharmacies located in small streets or low-traffic areas. I know, it's a constraint but sometimes, walking 300 meters saves a lot of money (and burn calories!).

And you, do you have any advice on how to avoid paying a fortune for your non-reimbursed products? Let's go for the comments.
