- 3 tablespoons of alcohol at 70°
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- 10 drops of marjoram essential oil
- 10 drops of mandarin essential oil
- 10 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom
- 1 empty spray bottle
- 1 small funnel
1. Pour the alcohol into the bottle using the funnel.
2. Add the essential oils.
3. Mix.
4. Pour the orange blossom.
5. Close the bottle and mix.
There you go, your homemade pillow mist with essential oils is already ready :-)
Simple, quick and easy to do, right?
All you have to do is diffuse the mist on your pillows 15 minutes before going to bed.
