- 2 handfuls of coarse gray sea salt

How to

1. Run a warm bath.

2. Take a basin.

3. Put the green clay.

4. Pour two liters of warm water into it.

5. Mix everything with a wooden spatula.

6. Pour this mixture into the hot bath.

7. In another container, put the salt and essential oil.

8. Mix well.

9. Pour everything into the bath.
