My 5 Tricks from Nana to Have a Nice Breast.

However, maintaining your bust and beautifying it is possible... and easy!

Fortunately, there are simple and effective tips to have beautiful breasts for a long time.

1. Small invigorating exercise

To prevent my chest from falling:every morning I press my hands about twenty times palm against palm at bust level, like a prayer!

At any time of the day, in front of the TV, in the toilet, on the train, I think about it. I'm doing a little toning session to firm up my breasts.

2. Choosing the right lingerie

There's no point in having nice bras if they don't fit.

On the advice of a saleswoman in my favorite lingerie store, I now know my size and my needs in terms of lingerie. I don't choose anything too tight anymore.

For good breast support, I prefer underwires and solid fabrics. When I go jogging, I opt for adapted sports bras.

3. Home balneotherapy

For the more courageous, remember at the end of your shower to sprinkle your breasts with cold water for a few seconds. You have to suffer to be beautiful!

I practice the Scottish shower to stimulate circulation. This is the secret to firmer breasts... and buttocks too.

4. Moisturizing treatment and massage

A well hydrated breast is devastating! After washing, massage your breasts for 2 minutes with a good vegetable oil to strengthen the epidermis.

I vary between rose oil for its fragrance, protein-rich jojoba oil and carrot oil to regenerate cells.

Olive oil works great too! Once a week, I use a mixture of honey and sugar for a good draining scrub!

5. Keep a good posture!

There's no point in affording yourself all this care if it's to slouch and get your breasts used to looking down. I remember to raise my chest slightly when I walk and to stand straight as often as possible.

It helps our breasts stay firm and round. As soon as I can, I go for a few lengths of breaststroke in the pool to strengthen my upper body. Swimming, a fabulous sport to sculpt your body!

Avoid

I never sleep on my stomach and that's good. My breasts are not crushed and smothered. I also avoid taking hot baths too often. Heat softens, it is well known.

For women with a generous chest, prefer soft sports to too abrupt sports which will weaken the elasticity of your tissues!
