After a sports session, gardening, or when you have the flu, aches are not far away.
These muscle pains can be downright disabling.
Fortunately, there is a simple and effective remedy to overcome it:a magnesium chloride bath.
Contents
1. Take a bath at 37°C.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of unrefined coarse salt.
3. Add 3 tablespoons of magnesium chloride (or nigari).
4. Bathe in this water for at least 15 minutes.
And now, your aches will quickly fly away :-)
Hot water naturally relaxes the muscles. As for chloride and salt, they act on muscle contracture. They allow good absorption of calcium, the most important mineral in this situation.
You can use Dead Sea salts in your bath. These salts contain 46% magnesium.
