Fill a wine bucket about three quarters full with ice cubes and top it up with a little cold water and a generous amount of table salt. Now put the bottle in the ice water and turn it for a while. Now wait a few minutes and you will have a lovely cold wine.
The salt lowers the freezing point and speeds up the cooling process. The more salt, the better!
