Perhaps it has slipped by the December crowds. It is very tempting to postpone it and pick it up again in 2017. But every little bit helps, even that one time between Christmas and New Years.

Help your neighbor with a job she's dreading, make a donation to charity, help out at the food bank, give your Christmas gift to someone who makes it happy, offer a friend to babysit her children or share a compliment from. A small gesture not only makes someone else feel good, it will also make you feel better.
What are you proud of? Which word sums up 2020 for you? Try to emphasize the positives of this not-so-great year. Also consider what could be done better in 2021. It may be cliché, but why not take advantage of the symbolic 'new start'?
A rule that should apply all year round. Enough exercise, eating healthy meals and getting enough sleep are an indispensable basis. Don't make good intentions of it, but act on it immediately.
