Do you have complaints above your neck, such as a sore throat, a stuffy nose, earache and no fever? Then you can safely start exercising. It is wise to take it easy.

Do you have complaints under your neck? In case of complaints such as cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain in your arms/legs and fever, it is better not to exercise until you no longer have a fever for 24 hours. Your body can then use its strength better to recover than to exercise.
