From your loved one a big bups had chocolate, but were you just planning to lose a few pounds? Don't worry, you don't have to leave the chocolate alone. From research by Dr. Daniela Jakubowicz from Tel-Aviv, Israel, shows that it is even better to eat something sweet for breakfast.

Her theory? If you eat something sweet every morning, you can resist it in the afternoon and evening after a few days. Sounds unrealistic? Her theory is based on research on 193 overweight people, divided into two groups. Both groups followed a strict diet and after four months both groups had lost about the same weight.
However, maintaining this lifestyle proved difficult for the second group, who did not eat sweets for breakfast. The group that ate a slice of chocolate cake every morning had virtually no difficulty maintaining their weight.
With this in mind, each breakfast a feast.
