Yvonne Nauta: 'I sometimes have a vegetable shake for breakfast. Not for a heavy workout, but on a rest day for example. It gives me a good feeling because your digestion is immediately put to work. It also helps a lot with constipation. All those dietary fibers in the vegetables also provide a feeling of satiety and with the 'I'm doing it healthy' idea in your head you can handle the whole day;-)
