Tip 1:get rid of your chair
A drastic measure, but an effective one. Replace your chair with a ball or opt for a high desk that you can stand behind.
Tip 2:exercise regularly
Walk around the building regularly, go out for a walk at lunchtime, do some stretching exercises while making tea or have an impromptu plank competition with your colleagues.
Tip 3:be creative
