Diane-35 should really only be prescribed against acne and excessive hair. After consultation with experts, it turned out that in practice the pill was mainly used as free contraception.
Minister Edith Schippers of Public Health wants the Diane-35 pill to be no longer reimbursed. Diane-35 is already being used less and less, probably due to the fuss at the beginning of this year.
