With heat, the legs swell and become heavy.
It's not a very pleasant feeling, you have to admit.
But before rushing to medical treatment, there are plenty of natural remedies to try to relieve swollen legs.
Shall I reveal them to you?
The heat causes the legs and feet to swell, as blood circulation is impaired. The blood stagnates in the lower limbs. This is what gives the feeling of heaviness, sometimes tingling.
Be careful, if nothing is done this can cause edema, even varicose veins.
Our little tricks will practically all consist of restarting the circulation of the blood, by gentle and natural stimulation.
The first reflex, since it is the heat that causes this phenomenon, is to bring freshness on your swollen legs.
As soon as you get home from work, do not hesitate to give a little cold shower to your legs. If you are a bit "cosy", you can simply wrap around them a towel moistened with cold water .
Finally, another solution is to make cold foot baths at least 15 minutes each.

- Ladies, if you have heavy legs, throw away your high heels in the back of the shoe closet for a while. In order to feel good, heels of no more than 2 cm are perfect. Similarly, avoid tight clothing and which cut off your circulation.
- In addition to your cool showers or baths, a coarse salt massage , from bottom to top, helps to raise the blood to the upper limbs.

- Second reflex:seasonal fruits and vegetables. Strawberries, tomatoes, peppers and other summer fruits and vegetables are antioxidants and will protect your venous system
- Third reflex:lemon and garlic . Add these two magical ingredients to your dishes, or eat them raw. They are very effective in fluidifying the blood and, thus, improve its circulation.
