Here you just need a little honey.
If you think about it and have the courage to do it, you can have a honey herbal tea when you come back from your evening.
But you rarely think about it, especially when you've had too much to drink. Or we are lazy and we go to bed very quickly.
In this case, when you wake up the next morning, take 1 to 2 tbsp of honey. If you are hungry (it happens), put it generously on your sandwiches.
Honey combined with alcohol allows it to be digested faster. Symptoms due to alcohol therefore disappear more quickly. And since honey is naturally antiseptic, it heals your headaches and your liver.
The most effective honeys in this case are linden, rosemary, orange or lavender honeys.
