Does your skin tend to be very dry after showering or bathing? Here are 3 reflexes to have to avoid it as much as possible and find a rehydrated and soft skin.
If you have a water heater, this feeling of dryness is completely normal. The calcium in the water settles directly on your skin and dries you out. So how to fix it?
1. By avoiding as much as possible the use of soap with an acid pH (below 7) and therefore favoring a soap with a neutral (7) or basic pH, my skin no longer shows any symptoms of dryness.
2. When I treat myself to a bath, if I don't systematically add chamomile flowers or another plant with a thousand virtues, I never forget to add a tablespoon of mineral salts.
Right now, I'm alternating between salt from the Dead Sea and salt from the Wielicza Caves in Poland. In fact, mineral salts prevent this famous calcium from depositing on our body and drying us out. A bath that gives me very soft skin!
3. Whether it's after a shower or a bath, I never forget to moisturize and nourish my skin with one of my favorite vegetable oils or a homemade moisturizer either.
