A massage is the best way to make your headache go away.
In a small bowl, pour 2 ml of sunflower oil then put 2 drops of lavender essential oil. Add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil for its cooling properties.
Also put 2 drops of tarragon essential oil to relax. Mix. Put 3 drops of this mixture on the back of your neck.
Then, put your hand flat on your neck, grab the skin between the palm of your hand and your fingers. Tighten your pressure as if you wanted to pinch the skin on the back of your neck, then release. Continue for 2 min. Repeat with the other hand.
Then put 3 drops of your mixture on each of your shoulders at the level of the trapezius. Place your index, middle and ring fingers on your shoulders. On each shoulder, make small circular movements, increasing the pressure for 4 min.

In a small bottle, mix 5 ml of sweet almond oil with 2 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil, 2 drops of peppermint essential oil and 2 drops of Scots pine essential oil.
Place 1 drop of your mixture in each nostril. Breathe deeply. Repeat 2 or 3 times a day.

When you know that you are going to face a situation conducive to a headache (stressful day, long day at work, fatigue, heavy meal, etc.), consider bergamot essential oil.
It has relaxing, soothing properties and aids digestion. It is therefore multitasking! To prevent a headache, place 1 drop of bergamot essential oil in 1 teaspoon of honey. Swallow the mixture. You will see, the taste is very pleasant!
