Result

And There you go ! Thanks to the clay, you relieved the symptoms of hay fever :-)

Easy, fast and efficient, right?

Your nostrils are now unclogged and purified thanks to this clay wash!

You don't even need to go to the pharmacist to buy antihistamines or corticosteroids.

Act at the first symptoms of allergic rhinitis and renew this enema as many times as necessary during the day.

Additional advice

To properly wash your nose, close one nostril with your finger, while you propel the clay water into the other.

Consider using wooden utensils, as clay hates iron.

Note that you can also use white clay if you don't have green clay.

Hay fever is caused by pollen from trees, grasses or weeds that fly through the air and get everywhere.

The most sensitive people experience the symptoms of allergic rhinitis throughout the pollination period.

Additional remedy

To increase the effectiveness of this treatment, mix clay with hot or cold water.

Then, spread a layer of clay paste on the sides of your nose, leaving it to act for 30 min.

Why does it work?

Green clay has been known since Antiquity to purify tissues and decongest them.

It purifies and disinfects the nasal mucous membranes while reducing the symptoms of hay fever.

You'll have less stuffy nose and itchy feeling in just a few minutes.
