Fortunately, there is a great trick to easily clear your nose and ears in the shower.
The trick is to make Vicks ice cubes to put in the shower.
A good hot shower with one of these ice cubes unclogs the nose, helps to breathe better and clears the airways . Watch:
1. In a saucepan, boil a liter of water.
2. Add two tablespoons of Vicks VapoRub.
3. Stir until well blended.
4. Leave to cool.
5. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays.
6. Put an ice cube in the shower near the siphon.
7. Take your shower as usual.
8. The hot water will melt the ice cube and the steam will clear your nose.
