Tired of the yoyo effect on the scale and repeated diets?
The problem is that after a diet, you often regain all the weight you lost!
The important thing is therefore to make lasting changes to your eating habits to make them healthier.
So follow my 4 effective tips for eating well without gaining weight!

First, have a balanced diet , varied enough to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs to function properly. To do this, eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day , limit bad fats called "saturated " and favor white meat or fish, important sources of protein.
Do not ban starchy foods but prefer them complete and consume them preferably noon . The slow sugars contained in starchy foods will keep you going longer, and will bring you the energy that is often lacking during periods of diet. Avoid alcoholic beverages as much as possible .
Then, drink plenty:the body needs about 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day to eliminate the toxins present.
Finally, the best way to stay in shape is to walk at least 1/2 hour a day . Walking is the best friend of diets, it helps relieve tension by burning calories and it has a positive effect on morale . Take advantage of every opportunity:stairs rather than elevator, bike rather than metro or walk rather than car, only one watchword:move your buttocks :-). Of course, doing sports is even better, but like me, you don't necessarily have the time... every day.
Obviously, I put these few recommendations into practice on a daily basis and I can tell you that it works quite well for me. My lifestyle has improved a lot. I eat moderately and my weight has been stable for several years now.
Diet products, nutritionists and other dieticians are terribly expensive. I've tried several and it has never worked well for me...or my bank account.
Adopting these healthy lifestyle habits is a good trick to save a lot of money but also to have better health.
In addition, try to consume seasonal fruits and vegetables which cost much less than imported products.
Having good eating habits will allow you not to gain weight but also to save money, interesting isn't it?
