3 Exercises To Have A Beautiful Firmer Chest.

Here are 3 very simple exercises which, with proper weight training, will help you achieve firmer, more muscular breasts.

Truth be told, these exercises won't change your breasts themselves which are made up of fat, but rather the pectoral muscles.

They will allow you to open your rib cage to adopt a better posture. You are ready ? Here we go!

1. First exercise:the pullover

- Materials needed :a bottle of water or a small dumbbell.

- Starting position: Lie on your back with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor. Stretch your arms above you, holding the bottle in your hand.

- Execution of the movement: take a deep breath, then tilt the outstretched arms backwards, until the bottom of the bottle touches the ground. Blow back up.

The sweater allows to open the rib cage, so to have a larger chest, with the shoulders slightly back. It is a passive, stretching opening.

Repeat the movement 20 times by pausing in the low position, when the bottle touches the ground. It is at this moment that the opening of the rib cage takes place. Perform 3 sets .

2. Second exercise:the wall press

- Materials needed :none.

- Starting position: you are sitting against a wall, your back and head resting against the wall, your legs stretched out on the floor. The hands are against the shoulders and touch the wall. Elbows touch the wall as well.

- Execution of the movement: inhale then raise your hands towards the ceiling while stretching your arms, while blowing. Elbows and hands rub against the wall throughout the movement to force them to stay back.

The wall press is also a great way to open up the rib cage. This time it is an active opening which is done by strengthening the fixing muscles of the shoulder blades. As they grow stronger, they cause the chest to open up.

Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions .

3. Third exercise:push-ups on the knees

- Materials needed :none.

- Starting position: you are facing the ground, arms outstretched and resting on your knees. The thighs and trunk form a straight line.

- Execution of the movement: inhale. Bend your arms, elbows at the sides, to touch your chest to the floor. Extend your arms while blowing out to return to the starting position.

With push-ups, you will strengthen your pectoral muscles, which will make the contours of your bust appear firmer.

Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions .

This session is to be performed 3 times a week .

Attention:the breasts are made up of fat, they themselves will not be firmed up by such a practice.

On the other hand, they will have a better hold thanks to the pectoral muscles that you have strengthened and your posture that has improved.

If you want to make your skin firmer, I recommend that you avoid wearing a bra for a few hours a day so that your skin regains its role of breast support on its own.
