I eat p proteins

Meat, fish, lentils, eggs and other starchy foods will be perfect for increasing your protein intake.
In this way, we ensure the maintenance of our breasts and avoid their sagging due to gravity.
I stand tall in the right bra
We avoid push-up bras that crush the chest, we choose a bra that fits your size.
When purchasing, check that it is not too tight and, if it leaves marks on your back when you take it off, it is necessary to take a size above.
We also think about standing up straight. This works the muscles of the bust and in addition, you gain visual volume.
Much sexier this way, you won't go unnoticed and your back will thank you!
I sleep in the right position
In order not to crush your chest, it is recommended not to sleep on your stomach.
Prefer the lateral position that lets your chest breathe.
I pay attention to intensive sports
Never do intensive sports, such as jogging, without a suitable bra. A special sports bra is essential.
If you regularly practice running, do not skimp on the price of the bra that you will find in all sports stores. Your breasts are really abused during the session, it is better to maintain them as they should.
Also beware of a bath that is too hot, which sags the tissues and contributes to the sagging of your breasts.
Nothing better to firm up the tissues of our breasts than a jet of cold water before getting out of the shower. Not too powerful so as not to alter the skin fibres.
Make a movement in the shape of a figure of eight, always going from the outside to the inside.
Then, give yourself a massage with sweet almond oil, which has firming properties and considerably softens the epidermis. You can find it in supermarkets, in the "body care" department.
Make circular movements during your massage, from the outside to the inside. Your chest will thus be toned by the jet of cold water, and nourished thanks to the sweet almond oil.
I need:
- 20 g of rosemary
- 30 g of wild thyme (aromatic plant, from the same family as thyme. It is found naturally in meadows or ditches, or in any store where you can find aromatic herbs)
- 30 g of thyme
I let it steep in boiling water. I let the infusion cool and I filter to remove the herbs.
Using a cotton ball, I apply this firming lotion to my breasts.
