Lavender essential oil will soothe you thanks to its calming and relaxing properties. Add only five or six drops to your bath water. Dive in and breathe deeply. This moment is yours, yours alone.
Macerate three good handfuls of chamomile flowers in two liters of water. Boil this water for 10 minutes and let it sit for half an hour. Once the chamomile flowers are well infused, throw them away and collect the chamomile water to put in your bath.

The simplest things can be the most effective . No need to pay for Zen boxes or relaxing massage sessions at more than 70 € per hour.
And then, there's nothing like being in your cozy nest, warm at home, to feel really relaxed.
I much prefer to take a bath quietly at home rather than going to completely anonymous institutes where I don't feel at home.
A relaxing bath is the ultimate luxury and a real moment of relaxation at a reasonable price. Be careful however not to abuse the baths anyway, water is a rare and precious commodity!
And if you still can't fall asleep, you can also use your chamomile to make yourself a good herbal tea.
