Drinking packets... they are so handy, ideal for on the road, a day at the amusement park or just nice for school! Are you also not bothered by leaking drinking cups, wet bags and sad children. The packs of drinks in the store look quite attractive. Those sweet little eyes of the children immediately fall on the brightly colored cozy packs of drinks in the supermarket. Yay… I like that one! I want that! Recognizable?

The contents of packs of drinks differ per brand. You have packages (and bottles) with milk, yoghi, fruit juices and water with a taste. Usually the packs of drinks are provided with cheerful colors and nice images. You want to take that with you too!
What we unfortunately do not always know is what is actually in a drink. Many of these packs of drinks contain a very large amount of sugar. Often the main ingredient consists of water with a lot of sugar. Sometimes 6 sugar cubes per pack!! That did make me think! I will certainly not deny that we sometimes drink a drink, but I am shocked by the fact that there is so much sugar in drinks (and bottles).
As an alternative, packets of drinks without sugar are offered, but please note that sugar is often replaced by a sweetener, aspartame for example, which also has the necessary adverse effects.

Tip:Drink in the box packs are an excellent alternative for both!
We all know that too much sugar is not good for you. It is bad for your teeth and your health. It can even cause severe abdominal pain. Why do you think many children suffer from abdominal pain? Children can also become very busy due to excessive sugar consumption and can lead to weight gain. Above all, keep in mind that sugar is addictive. If you eat sugar, your body wants more, it's as simple as that.
On average, children drink half a liter of sugary drinks a day! I think that's pretty scary. If you want to reduce this, you can limit it to 1 sugary drink per day and the rest water and tea. If you don't like water or think it's boring, put pieces of cucumber, strawberries and melon in it and your water will have a delicious taste!
