You've probably heard it before:eating in the evening is worse for you. A German study disproves this. It doesn't matter when you eat, only the amount of food matters.
If you eat a lot in the morning and are hungry in the evening, you have the same amount of calories n like someone who eats his food throughout the day. Skipping evening meals while losing weight makes no sense at all. You just have to make sure you don't eat more calories than you burn.
However, it is better not to eat too much before going to sleep. Because of the process of digestion, you sleep more restless. A light meal is therefore best, both for your weight and for your sleep.
