Changing your underwear every day:it seems the most normal thing in the world, but it is not.
A US survey shows that of the 2,000 men and women who were surveyed, as many as 45 percent admitted to wearing the same underwear for two days or more.

It seems quite normal to change your underwear every day, but according to Philip M. Tierno, a professor at New York University, it can't hurt to wear the same underwear for more than a day.
“Generally speaking, wearing the same underwear won't hurt you that much. At least not so much if your hygiene will hurt your image.”
According to the professor, everyone has micro-organisms in and on the body. These organisms cause your clothes to smell foul after a while. While the idea of microorganisms sounds a little scary, it's less scary than you think. The carrier and the micro-organisms have, so to speak, a friendly relationship with each other.
“It's your own bacteria. Unless you have a wound, these bacteria can do little harm," says Tierno.
The longer you wear the same underwear, the more bacteria grow. It depends a bit on how active you are:the more exercise, the more sweat, the more bacteria.
It sounds dirty, but wearing the same underwear for more than a day does not hurt in principle.
