You feel a trickle of sweat running down your back, while the rest doesn't seem to be bothered by anything.
You lose heat by sweating. The heat that is generated in your body is transported to your skin via your blood and leaves your body there. If it takes too long before you cool down, your body activates the sweat glands. You cool down faster by evaporating water. How much heat is produced varies from person to person. Women often sweat less than men because they have less muscle mass. Diet, predisposition, stress, anxiety and menopause also have an effect. Then it differs per person when the sweat glands are activated.
Sweating is healthy, not being able to sweat is even a serious rare condition. With these tips you may be able to limit sweating in warm weather a bit.
