We are increasingly sedentary in our modern societies.
The long days at work, spent behind our computer screens follow one another.
They often result in the appearance of tension and pain in the back and shoulders.
So here are some little exercises to help you relax quietly. All this for free of course.
Start by positioning yourself well seated on your chair. Place your hands on your hips and, while taking a deep breath, bring your elbows behind your back .
Repeat this gesture several times in a row.
Always straight on your seat, press your hands on your thighs, stretch your spine well graaaand like you want to grow, grow, grow!
Repeat the exercise 5 times in a row.
Finally, for your cervical, you will touch your right shoulder with the ear on the same side (if you manage to do it with the opposite ear, we'll get overwhelmed), while pushing the left arm towards the ground.
Same thing on the other side and this, 5 times also. There you go, you're like new!
