Exercise before bed should help you fall asleep easier, right?
Well not at all!
Physical exertion in the evening is not a good idea if you want to fall asleep easily.
Why ? Because sport excites your body. So to fall asleep more easily, prefer to exercise in the morning.
You play sports and you're right, because it allows you to de-stress after a hard day's work.
But if you have trouble sleeping well at night, you may need to change your habits and exercise before work rather than after.
Why ? Because exercising after 8 p.m. is very effective in keeping you up all night...
Now you know what you have to do:get up early in the morning to go for a run before work. I know, it might be complicated!
