Did you play sports? Well done ! And now you have, or dread having, terrible body aches.
Do not worry ! There is a pleasant remedy to quickly relieve aches after sport.
The trick is to take a hot bath in which you add an aspirin, a spoonful of baking soda and a tablet of Alka-Seltzer.
How to
1. Run yourself a hot bath.
2. Dilute an aspirin in the bath water.
3. Add a spoonful of baking soda.
4. Put an Alka-Seltzer tablet in it.
5. Immerse yourself in the bath.
6. Relax for 30 min.
There you go, you've eliminated your aches :-)
And you'll wake up with no aches the next day. But don't forget to do your stretches after your workout!
