Lately I have been using another method to wash my hair, which saves me my precious shampoo and washes my hair gently. I explain to you.
Well, ok I admit, it was my mom who gave me this little trick, but don't laugh, it's really effective and my shampoo bottles last up to 2 times longer.
When washing your hair, we all tend to take the bottle, press it and pour a generous slice of it into our hands. When it's not directly on the hair.
As a result, our shampoo bottles last much, much less time, we use twice as much water for rinsing and the effectiveness of such a quantity of shampoo remains to be proven.
Here is a solution that allows me to save my shampoo without neglecting my hair. I use a tall glass or pitcher, a tablespoon, and shampoo.
1. I pour a tablespoon of shampoo into the glass
2. I fill with lukewarm water
3. Then I mix well with the spoon to make everything foam.
4. It remains only to gradually pour the mixture on your hair and wash it.
If, like me, you have long hair, you can make a larger mixture, respecting the proportions.
We tend to believe that to properly wash our hair, it must imperatively lather a lot. Well no!
In fact, it is enough to emulsify them properly once and rinse them very carefully. By diluting a little of our shampoo, we save but in addition we attack our hair less. Nice, right?
Have you tried my trick? If so, let me know what you think in the comments.
