Used since antiquity, it is a real cocktail of benefits for our skin thanks to the action of its many minerals, vitamins and amino acids.
Softening, healing, it soothes irritated and weakened skin. Honey helps to rehydrate, because it acts as a fixer of water molecules.
It has cleansing and purifying properties recognized by laboratories.
- 1 large tablespoon of liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon ground almonds
- 1 more powdered sugar (or double the amount of sugar if you don't have any almonds at home).
- For the smell, a few drops of orange blossom.
1. Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl.
2. Cleanse your face with soap and water.
3. Dry it quickly using a towel that you dab on your face.
4. Apply the mixture to your face, carefully avoiding the eye area and eyelids.
5. Leave on for 2 min.
6. With your fingertips, without insisting, massage your face. Gently:it's a scrub, not a facelift... Otherwise, it will have the opposite of the desired effect, you risk irritating the skin even more.
7. With lukewarm water, rinse your face thoroughly.
There you go, your face has regained all its radiance and softness :-)
A shot of tonic lotion and a good moisturizing cream adapted to your skin type and here, in less than 10 minutes, a pretty face that resurfaces.
And all without losing that hard-earned tan!
The mechanical action of the two types of grain, the coarser and finer ones of sugar, combined with the softer chunks of almonds, will get rid of the dead cells that dull the radiance of your face.
For those of you who have neglected the care a little, I recommend a gentle treatment over 2 weeks, with a scrub every 3 days.
Be careful not to prolong the treatment, otherwise your skin will be attacked even more deeply.
