Being comfortable is important. But if you're wearing pajamas, chances are you'll be less motivated to study. To keep a good motivation, dress as if you were going to class.
If you only have a glass of water near you, you waste a lot of time going to refill it every time. Whereas with a large bottle, no potential distractions, you stay focused.
