How to

To calm a torticollis, I use a tried-and-true grandmother's remedy:oregano.

In addition to being super good in dishes, it is a plant that is often used to heal.

It has many virtues including that of calming muscle pain.

And precisely, my neck gives me miseries. And I have neck pain.

Preparation of my anti-torticollis remedy

1. I put water to heat in a saucepan and I put a lid on it.

2. Then, I take fresh oregano which I put in a small cloth bag. If you don't have a bag, you can make an extra one out of a tea towel. I've done it before and it's pretty easy.

3. Once the water is hot, I place my bag of oregano on the lid of the pot and let it heat up.

4. When the oregano is hot, I remove the bag from the lid and apply it to the back of my neck , where it hurts.

Lo and behold, I finally relieved the pain of this cursed torticollis :-)

Simple, practical and effective!

And then you're sure it's natural . Not to mention that it is very economical !

I got into the habit of preparing this little grandmother's remedy every time I have a torticollis.

It's quite effective:after about ten minutes, I already have a lot less pain.

Thanks to this grandmother's trick, I will be able to do my activities without fear of seeing my pain get worse because of a false movement.
