In the event of a short stroke or temporary fatigue lasting several days, what to do ?
There is a very simple and effective trick to do:the good old eggnog of our grandmothers gives energy and perks up very easily!
Although it is often recommended in winter, it can be drunk during any period of temporary fatigue, at any time of the year.
The recipe for this effective remedy against temporary fatigue is very easy. Watch:

- 1 organic egg yolk
- 10 cl of milk
- 4 teaspoons cane sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of rum (optional)
1. Put the egg yolk and the sugar in a container.
2. Add rum if desired.
3. Whisk everything together (the mixture should be frothy).
4. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
5. Pour everything into your cup and mix.
6. Add 1 pinch of cinnamon.
7. Drink.
There you go, your tiredness is now gone :-)
Drink once a day during periods of temporary fatigue.
But don't eat it if you have too much cholesterol.
