A very good question. Sometimes you think you are hungry, but you are actually thirsty. Your body has a hard time keeping hunger and thirst apart. How do you ensure that this works from now on?
You don't have to drink a glass of water right away. That doesn't make much sense, because it takes at least ten minutes before your brain realizes that you've had enough to drink. Rather drink a glass of tea quietly. You are probably fifteen minutes sweet with this. If you still feel unsatisfied after these fifteen minutes, you are probably hungry.
