There is a handy mnemonic to tell UVA and UVB apart:UVA causes aging> UV-Aging † UV-B causes you to tan and/or burn> UV-Burning .
UVA
UVA radiation penetrates deeper into your skin and therefore causes skin aging and signs of age such as wrinkles and pigmentation spots.
UVB These rays penetrate less deeply into the skin and provide the tan. Or if you are unlucky and do not lubricate properly for a burnt skin.
Make sure you lubricate with a cream that protects against both radiations.
