How do restaurants handle food, do they work hygienically and do they do enough to control pests? The Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority carries out checks and makes more and more data transparent.
The data of lunchrooms have already been announced before, now the restaurants of more and more cities are also being added to the map. With a green rating, everything was good. Yellow means that there are areas for improvement. In the case of orange, the NVWA has instituted stricter supervision. If the situation is that bad, the company will be closed and you will see a red rating on the map.
