Vegetables are healthy, but when it comes to nutrients, some vegetables are a better choice than others.
William Paterson University has made a list of the healthiest vegetables. It looked at 18 nutrients that are important for our health:potassium, fiber, protein, calcium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, zinc and vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K.
