What do you eat at the festival site if you prefer not to eat a greasy bite?
1. Choose wisely
At many festivals, the food offer is much more extensive than a few years ago. It's getting easier to go for something healthy. For example, look for a wok stall. A fresh wok dish is less bad for you than a hamburger sandwich. Skip the extra sauce. Or order a well-filled salad.
2. Enjoy consciously
Don't think about the calories, order what you feel like. A (organic) freshly cut fries after all that dancing is really not bad.

3. Drink water in between
Beer or wine? Sure! But drink a glass of water regularly in between.
