Breathe
If you receive an annoying e-mail from your colleague, or your friend texts you that he can't pick up the children again, you often forget to breathe easy. The result:a rapid heartbeat and hyperventilation. Good breathing keeps you in balance. It is important that you breathe from your abdomen, this takes less muscle strength than breathing from your chest. In addition, abdominal breathing pushes your diaphragm down, causing the bottom of your lungs to also fill with oxygen. Not only a deep, but also a regular breathing relaxes. Try taking deep breaths in and out three times in a row, several times a day, with one hand on your stomach and one hand on your chest. Make sure that only the hand on your stomach moves.
