After a fall or a hard blow, there can be a concussion. There are a number of symptoms to watch out for.
There may be a concussion with the following complaints:
• nausea and vomiting;
• headache;
• brief memory loss and drowsiness;
• brief loss of consciousness (maximum fifteen minutes).
In any case, call a doctor if the victim:
• unresponsive;
• has turned eyes or complains of poor vision;
• has convulsions;
• is unconscious;
• dazed and confused.
