Although we are sometimes dissatisfied with the care, we often do not submit a complaint. A third of the Dutch think it is too much hassle. We also have great respect for healthcare providers, for 36 percent that is a reason not to file a complaint.
Complaint
15 percent of the respondents in the survey have submitted a complaint about health care. Most complaints are about a wrong diagnosis or treatment. Dentists and orthodontists mainly complain about bills that are too high.
