- I take it as a herbal tea principally. You can also find it in all the gardens in the summer, or at the neighborhood greengrocer.

- I also use it in cooking:in soup, with eggs Florentine style, instead of spinach, in omelettes, or in a sauce to accompany fish or meat.

I make 1 to 2 recipes per week based on nettle, which I complete with 2 to 3 infusions .

- I just use it in its leaf form (which I find in organic stores, including on the Net), which I chisel to decorate my apple pies, or which I put in an infusion.

Frequency :
