Cleansing our face is every night we spend there .
To do it well and not attack our skin, here are 3 tips to know...
All dermatologists advise us to cleanse our face at night, before going to sleep.
Sometimes we are tempted, to save time, to wipe our face with hand soap, rinse it badly and dry it very quickly with the towel lying around.
Proceeding in this way is very bad for the skin.
It reacts by secreting sebum and becomes dull for combination to oily skin. Dries, peels and blushes for normal to dry skin!
Pollution, dust, perspiration, make-up... So many dirt to which we expose our pretty face.
At bedtime, rinsed by our day's work, there are times when our bed calls us so loudly, that it is difficult to resist the supplications of the pillow. We would happily skip this damn skin cleaning, in favor of a deep dive in the sheets. Not good!
Come on, a little more effort. And then, going to bed all clean and smelling good is pleasant for everyone...
That we opted for the formula Cleansing milk + Tonic + Cream or that we prefer the sacrosanct, Soap + Tonic + Cream, it is essential to always proceed in 3 stages.
We use a make-up remover for the eyes gently, no need to tear our eyes out with emery cloth;) Then we take care of our face and our neck. Water or milk, it doesn't matter. The key is to take it easy so as not to attack your skin. If you have chosen soap, gently lather and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Very important step, it eliminates all soap or milk residues and tightens pores. We soak a cotton to pass it on the face and the neck by avoiding the contour of the eyes. Repeat if the cotton is not clean after application.
We chose a cream that suits our skin type. We take a hazelnut that we will apply with the tips of the fingers, in small touches. It must be penetrated with light circular massages.
No need to butter your face. At night, the skin remains active. This is when she regenerates. No need to suffocate it with layers and layers of creams otherwise, it's a blurred complexion that we will be served for breakfast.
By adopting good care habits, it is our youthfulness that we preserve. The skin is healthier and fresher.
So it's true that it may seem restrictive at times, but for me, for example, if I don't do it, it's a disaster. Blackheads and their gang of buddies settle right on my forehead and nose.
The solution: treat, but the effect is not immediate. So, "Prevention is better than cure".
It's not me who says it, it's my friend Elise. And my friend Elise, she's probably right, because her skin is beautiful!
